How this is calculated
The county sets the design day (the ENERGY STAR 2019 design-temperature table, 1% cooling / 99% heating), the building footprint or the assessor’s record sets the area, and the records fill storeys and year built where they can. Everything they cannot fill starts as an era default for that year of construction — each figure carries a badge saying which, and anything you type wins.

How long does it take to learn?
Most shops send their first proposal the same day. Type the job, the estimate writes itself, and the calendar and invoices follow from it.

Where do the HVAC figures come from?
The design day comes from the county, the load from the house's size, era and ducts, and the heat pump is sized to the Manual S window. Incentives are listed with the dates they open and close, so a proposal never quotes a rebate that is not live.
What happens after 7 days?
Your selected plan renews automatically at the price and billing interval shown in checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing: you keep the plan to the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan — no more charges, and your work stays.
Does it work from my phone?
Yes. The whole app runs in the phone's browser, crews included; there is nothing to install.
